Episode 4. Holiness in the Buddhist Tradition
Maitreyabandhu won the Keats-Shelley prize for the best poem on a Romantic theme in 2009. He has been ordained in the Western Buddhist Order for 21 years and works in the London Buddhist Centre. From there he runs ‘Poetry East’ a showcase for well-known contemporary poets. He sees his own poetry as another strand in his spiritual practice.
